My son and I have been made to feel unique and important. His needs, dietary, pastoral and educational are considered, logged and reported back to me daily. This is then further enhanced by parent’s evenings where I am invited to discuss his progress and to view his work and achievements.

Furthermore there is an active calendar of events outside of nursery hours, with coffee mornings and Christmas fetes. All I all I could not think of a single thing I should like to see to improve this excellent facility.

One of the important things to me is the low turnover of staff and since my child has been coming to the nursery she has consistently seen the same ladies and has developed a good relationship with them. She is very excited in the morning when she walks to the door!

All three of my children have been to Bingham Day Nursery, my eldest started in mid 2005. Over the 8 years the amount of investment and continuous improvement has been demonstrable. The facilities and varied environment provided to the children is outstanding, especially with the extension of the gardens to include a variety of animals and play areas. The energy and creativity of the staff coupled with the facilities means that my child’s days and weeks at the nursery are rich and varied.

We have been delighted with the staff, it is a great achievement to retain such a high proportion over a 4 year period as we have seen during our son’s time. It has been a pleasure to meet many of them for a second time as our daughter progresses and tis increases the confidence you have in the care and attention that your children are receiving.

The encouragement and support is exceptionally good from getting potty training underway to helping us to understand what is being taught in preschool.

Finally it is important to say how happy our children are to come to Nursery. They are always pleased to be getting in the car and we are always met by happy staff, even at 7.30am. It is often said a smile goes a long way; there are always plenty of smiles from staff at Bingham Day Nursery, which is a great sign of a well run organisation.
